Fully automated Stainer
Attostar-4800A operates on the basic mechanism of immunochemical reaction. Through automated liquid handling and temperature control, a multistep procedure for antigen-antibody reaction and detection has made easy and fast.
This instrument is optimized to reach the experimental goals and standards for ICC and IHC testing. Fully automation allows seamless processing the clinical samples of FFPE slides or exfoliated cells in liquid-based thin slide for final staining results, including dewaxing, antigen retrieval, antibody incubation and washing, and final the cytology staining dyes.
Installation of instrument includes instrument AttoStar 4800A, a computer and an external printer. , and the operation is coordinated through an external computer. The operation has the processing capacity of 48 slides, which can process four groups at the same time, each group can reach twelve slides; different staining procedures are adopted as needed; each group of runs can be started separately to provide continuous processing operations.
